Post-Clerkship Survey
The Legal Accountability Project’s post-clerkship survey is now available at survey.legalaccountabilityproject.org.
If you completed a postgraduate judicial clerkship, we hope you will take a few minutes to fill out LAP’s post-clerkship survey and share your clerkship experience. LAP’s survey asks a variety of questions about judges as managers, chambers culture, and the clerkship experience. Your survey response will increase transparency in the clerkship application process and ensure that prospective clerks are empowered to make informed clerkship decisions. You may have heard your law school instruct you to “do your research” about judges before applying for clerkships. Until now, this research was challenging for students, considering how little information about judges was available.
LAP’s Clerkships Database will be populated with post-clerkship survey responses from law clerk alumni from law schools across the country. The initiative vastly increases the breadth and candor of information available to students considering clerkships, as well as to clerkship advisors assisting students with the application process. LAP’s Clerkships Database is transforming the clerkship application process - and the legal profession - for the next generation of attorneys.
