NPR Exclusive: Harassment in the Federal Judiciary

"Outrageously, the entire federal judiciary is exempt from Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This means that, if you are sexually harassed, unjustly fired, or retaliated against by a life-tenured federal judge, you have literally no legal recourse," Aliza Shatzman told NPR's Carrie Johnson as part of her year-long investigatory reporting about harassment in the federal judiciary.
