Federal judge resigns after investigation uncovers abusive conduct

“The federal judiciary is now facing a reckoning,” Aliza Shatzman told NPR’s Carrie Johnson. More than six years since former Ninth Circuit judge Alex Kozinski resigned in scandal, the federal judiciary has done far too little to extend meaningful workplace protections to judiciary employees.
